Lead Sales Associate
Assist the manager or assistant manager as requested while fulfilling the responsibilities of a salesperson in an exemplary manner. Substitute for the Assistant Manager in their absence.
Essential Duties:
Carry out all duties and responsibilities of a salesperson. Must be an exemplary employee.
Assist with daily bank deposits, as requested.
Maintain positive customer and employee relations; reporting any problems/complaints immediately to the store manager
Provide customer assistance, cash register operation, sales monetary transactions, opening/closing procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Specifications:
Minimum of three months satisfactory experience as a salesperson.
Basic knowledge of arithmetic.
Must provide CA DMV printout no more that 30 days old.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
