Administrative Assistant

Essential duties and responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant will include the following:

Provides administrative support to company executives include organizing and maintaining calendars and travel schedules, and company and personal files,
Assist with the preparation of proposals, contracts, client reports and track status of multiple pending documents and tasks.
Prepare and perform customer service surveys on an ongoing basis
Oversee multi-line telephones in a busy office
Assist with onboarding of new clients
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Assist with implementing marketing programs
Perform and manage special projects
Provides excellent customer service by communicating clearly and concisely, listening attentively and behaving in a positive/professional manner in all instances of client contact - maintaining that our customer's satisfaction is our top priority

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
