The iconic Carlton Hotel, under new ownership and management, is in search of an individuals who enjoy engaging with the traveler, is naturally curious to understand the customers' needs and driven by the satisfaction of exceeding expectations every time.
In preparation of building and growing the Carlton's offerings we are looking to fill the position of Hospitality Lead.
This position requires an individual who is committed to ensuring the highest standards of service to our guests with a warm and humble approach.
Shows a passion for excellence.
Interacts/coordinates with all members of the Hotel, makes recommendations for best practices and solutions to ensure effectiveness and consistency in guest service and quality.
Leads by example, acts as a role model for others, and exhibits the highest levels of professionalism and emotional maturity.
Experience in hotel guest service and/or upscale restaurant/lounge is essential.
Wine knowledge is a plus.
Responsibilities and oversight is given over the Front Desk and Restaurant/Lounge with designated shifts to each area.
