We serve 200 people from Paso Robles to Santa Maria.
Daily, we improve the lives of those we serve.
We are currently looking for full time staff to work with our individuals at our Crisis Homes in Atascadero.
One year prior experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities is required.

Community Support Specialists work in a group home setting with 3-4 individuals with intellectual disabilities helping them learn to cook, clean and do laundry, as well as helping them to work on their social interaction and behavioral goals.
They also provide support with other personal needs such as passing medication, budgeting and hygiene needs.
The starting rate for this position is $21.
50 per hour.
Employees who have completed DSP year 1 and year 2 and ABA certification course will make $22 per hour.
