As a Product Specialist, you will play a crucial role in understanding our products inside and out, communicating their value to potential clients, and providing exceptional support to our existing clients.

Responsibilities:
Learn and develop a deep understanding of our products, features, and benefits.
Assist in the creation of product documentation, user guides, and training materials.
Collaborate and contribute cross-functionally-- such as sales and customer support to ensure consistent messaging and effective product communication.
Engage with potential customers, providing product demonstrations and addressing their inquiries.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
Provide excellent customer support by addressing product-related concerns and issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with the product development team to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvement discussions.
Stay updated on industry advancements and competitors' products.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline (can be in the process of obtaining this degree) Strong passion for technology/products and a desire to build a career in the SaaS field.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Suite (Word/Doc, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, etc.
).
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
Prior experience in customer service, sales, or product-related roles is a plus.
