org Opera San Luis Obispo (OSLO) is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the General and Artistic Director (GD).
The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks that change througout the season.
Tasks include Guest Artist Housing, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and providing general administrative support.
The position will be filled by a candidate possessing outstanding organizational skills; the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, and strong communication skills.
We are seeking a professional who is highly organized and detail-oriented with a commitment to providig superior customer service.
COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
Part-Time Employee.
$20 per hour starting / raise to $25 after successfull three months of employment.
Guarantee of 20-hours per week, ability to expand up to 35 hours per week as needed.
Complimentary tickets to most event.
